As we move through the Summer Solstice and into this next season, I want to offer you two different online sound healing sessions, each with a particular focus:

23 June, Monday, 8pm UK / 3pm ET - A lovely 10 minute sound journey for Mental Mondays, focused on harmony and peace… release mental stressors, find calm.

The above session is free on zoom! Settle in and get comfy a few minutes before start time, and I will admit you to the meeting at the top of the hour. Please plan for about 15 minutes.
